  1. Small Research Grants Program on Education:
    This program supports proposals from multiple disciplinary and methodological perspectives, both domestically and internationally, from scholars at various stages in their career. They anticipate that proposals will span a wide range of topics and disciplines that innovatively investigate questions central to education, including for example education, anthropology, philosophy, psychology, sociology, law, economics, history, or neuroscience, amongst others.

  2. Education for democracy ( European Commission (EC) – Horizon Europe)
    Projects should contribute to all of the following expected outcomes: (1) Build robust evidence base for redesigning curricula in support of democracy, with an emphasis on students’ active participation and engagement in this process; (2) Toolkits for enhancing the humanistic and civic aspects of education with a view to promoting active democratic citizenship and empowerment, including through experimental approaches; (3) Strengthened democratic processes in education through the involvement of citizens in defining educational contents, learning environments and goals.

    EUREKA Network projects are market-driven international R&D projects. They aim to develop marketable products, services or processes. Participation in international cooperation projects through EUREKA offers businesses, research institutes and higher education institutions a range of advantages.

  4. Call for proposals for action grants to support transnational projects on judicial training covering civil law, criminal law or fundamental rights:
    The objective of the call is to contribute to the effective and coherent application of EU law in the areas of civil law, criminal law and fundamental rights, as enshrined in the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights, and the rule of law related issues, by helping to address the training needs of justice professionals in these fields. The priorities of 2022 will concentrate funding on training activities and tools for training providers, as described below, in order to support cross-border training activities: for justice professionals, and/or for multipliers, such as judicial trainers or EU law court coordinators, where there are guarantees that the multipliers will pass on their knowledge to justice professionals in a systematic way, and/or or crossprofessional training, in order to stimulate discussions across judicial professions about the application of EU law and contribute to a European judicial culture across professional boundaries on precisely identified topics of relevance to the concerned professions.

  5. Unity in Ukraine ( U.S. Mission to Ukraine)
    Selected projects will work to promote a united Ukraine, inter-regional exchange of experience, consolidated project planning, and greater awareness of different regional, linguistic, and religious issues across various regions of Ukraine. The project implementers will encourage discussions at the regional and national levels on these topics to foster Ukrainian national unity. To achieve long-term and sustainable results for this initiative, partnerships are encouraged. Organizations should have a clear plan for a united Ukraine.
    Examples of successful proposals include, but are not limited to the following components:
    • Creating and reinforcing cooperation and networking between students to address social, political, environmental, health, and economic issues, which include inter-regional students’ exchange, student partnership.
    • Inter-faith cooperation to address social issues and promote positive change in communities
    • Foster cooperation, promote volunteerism, and empower and protect the rights of minorities, such as women, people with disabilities, ethnic minorities, etc. throughout Ukraine.
    • Using interactive discussions, debates, public hearings, seminars and conferences as a tool to reach out to target audiences for promoting access to information on the topics of a national and inter-regional value. Innovative methodology and tools are encouraged.
